I’m struck by how much I drew Ine’s feathers like a red fin on top of his head rather than a fluffy crest. This is closer to how he looks now, but still getting there.

This is the first (and as of this writing, so far the only) appearance of Ine’s sister, Marie! She’s petite and has much darker scales than Ine, similar to their mom. Petiteness aside though, I drew her legs, way, *way *to skinny! But anyhoo…

I too had a hard time finding my first apartment once I moved out of my aunt and uncle’s basement. I mean, not a dreadfully hard time, but I do recall the sinking feeling of scrolling through the school’s official housing directory and seeing nothing available. Sometimes you could check back at a random time during the day and see something pop up, but that was of course no guarantee that the place would be what you were looking for, much less still there by the time you got around to checking it out! Learn from Ine’s mistake: get your housing squared away sooner rather than later!
