Lief grimaces and whimpers, looking nervously at a nurse's hand holding a syringe as she gives her a shot in the arm. The nurse says, "There. All done!" The nurse takes out a box of candy and says, "You can pick a treat for being so good!" Lief smiles up at her and Lark smiles warmly down at Lief. Then, Trey is seen struggling as Lark and Maiara hold both his arms while the nurse gives him his shot. He screams, "No! Noooo!!! SCREEEECH!!" The nurse then shows him the treat box while Lark and Maiara smile awkwardly at each other. Trey looks at the nurse with tears in his eyes as she says, "And you can pick one for... pain and suffering."
